Industry Veteran Shares The importance of Incorporating Change Management Planning For Digital Transformation
Shawn Winter, co-founder and CEO of ShipTrack, joined a group of industry experts from Zebra Technologies, SOTI and Samsung at a PiiComm-hosted event at the Canada Aviation and Space Museum on May 2nd.
In front of an audience of about one hundred interested attendees, Shawn shared how organizations who are embarking on digital transformation can increase project success by anticipating and planning for issues surrounding change management. Also presenting at the event was PiiComm CEO Rick Robillard who spoke about how the firm supports customers who rely on mobile devices to support business operations with lifecycle management services. Christine Evanson-Canepa, Director Technology Development at Purolator spoke about some of the challenges and opportunities that organizations should be aware of before and as they execute on a digital transformation initiative. Purolator is adopting ShipTrack's technology to manage dispatch, delivery and freight operations.
